Hey guys and gals. Here's a question for those of you who happen to be members of the Royal Malaysian Police, or those who have police friends or family members. I am curious as to what the physical test of the PDRM is like. Please explain the specifics such as a candidate must run how many kilometers in how many minutes, as well as how many reps of any exercise that must be performed to pass the test. Thanks in advance, guys!

Yeah, I was already aware of this blog post. While it does mention the exercises involved, it doesn't actually state exactly how many of reps of each that a male candidate is supposed to do. Thanks anyway.

That's quite helpful, but I still need the specifics from someone with experience or a relative / friend that has experience. Regardless, thanks.
