I think its fair to give them some time.
How long is some time?
Personally, i think 2 months is the most i can give.

YB Gobind announced this on the first day of him starting office. If Maxis cant provide clear information on update / upgrade close 1 to 2 months after TM's offer, I would port out. Totally, not acceptable as more than enough time was given. Their wait and see approach not customer friendly at all, its same like TM except now TM is finally moving.

Please come in and tell us your counter offer. There's absolutely no reason to stay put in Maxis at current speed/pricing.

Better don't wait, by the time we act, no more port already. I'm sure the new speed upgrade will encourage a lot of new sign up.

If you already paying more to Maxis say 179 or 199 now and then opt got 139 in Unifi, then logically the earlier you migrate, the earlier you can break even on the 500 penalty with higher speed upgrade chances. *Hmmmm*
