why are you downloading firmware from 3rd party site and not asus official site?

You can upgrade directly to Merlin but offcourse the best method is to do factory restore first then only proceed to change to the official Merlin

Hi guys.. i just bought AC68U from online, brand new sealed set, China set.

tried setting it up but seems not connecting.

things that i had done are as follow,

upgrade latest firmware, reset and configure again, copied account settings from old router to new, was using RT-N12HP.

If i use back the old one, it can connect, while the new AC68U just shows disconnected under WAN status. tried restart both router and ONT but still failed.. use new and old LAN cable also same, both Cat 5e.
any tips?
