Yes. TIME does not utilize VLAN tagging, so you should be fine.

I already sapu like 4 units of AC86U over the course of the last few months from tmall. All have been attached with cooling fans. Couldn’t be happier with this router.

Cheapest I got was 829 RMB and most expensive was 849 RMB.

what about the shipping charges and warehouse charges that i've read

I usually just take direct shipping, I bought in pairs it was 48 RMB flat rate, but if I'm not wrong you buy one unit also it is 48 RMB which translates to around +- RM30? This includes all fees already till your doorstep.

Go consolidated shipping if you're a cheapo, jk lol consolidated shipping option should be cheaper, by how much I don't know but you risk a way longer time before arrival. So far with direct shipping I usually receive it at my doorstep some time between 5-7 days tops.

Many recommend AC86U over the AC88U due to its cpu

You should try gigabit switch or smart switch. Not neccesary to buy a AC88U for all the home devices, PC and CCTV. Mine is RT-AC86U only 4 ports but link with a 16-port gigabit switch to connect with 2 routers, a 5-port gigabit switch, smart TV, receiver, CCTV, alarm, 2 desktop PCs, PS4 console. All by LAN cable connections.
