can i use astro beyond decoder pair with astro njoi dish?

plan to bring my beyond decoder balik kampung but at kampung only got astro njoi

but one of my cousin said kenot, must use beyond dish oso, if not kenot use

This is my technical view.

The HD box usually has 2 cable from the disc. This is because there are two LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) units on the disc. Normal SD (Standard Definition) disc has only one LNA. SO, you can refer to this page to find out because not all support I believe.

Maybe I was wrong on two cable but mine has 2. Maybe due to additional satellite channels

Some earlier box cannot receive HD. So, need to refer to serial number.
