i think its not the mobo or RAM.. NB and FSB voltage default is a bit low if u wanna go >3.4GHz. Set RAM speed as low or near to default as possible b4 u know how much FSB ur proc can go.
From my o'c trails, i feel tht ES require more voltage during o'c, i tried >1.6v vCore b4.
Do try a lot trail and error if u wanna clock ur spec extremely.
