from what way/ specs it is better than 3500c?

apart from the camera (1.3 vs 2.0)

i want to buy phone,in very very near future ...
torn between this two, 3110c & 3500c..

heard that:
3110c ringtone is quite soft..
while 3500 camera is lagging when taking pic (~3sec)..
battery 3110 last (slightly) longer.

how about the endurance (if it fell accidentally)? which is better?
please give advice/opinion/experience..thank you.
