1) No GSync, Only freesync
2) No overclock refresh rate to 165hz
3) Only 1 USB port vs 4 on acer display
4) Stand design, fix stand vs multi rotation/angle stand
5) Cheap logo brand name...
6) Warranty claim if something goes wrong, seller give 2 years warranty but i think it will be quite tedious.

The panel itself can be set to 10 bit for refresh rate < 120hz (color output format set to YCbCr444)

Yes, totally pixel defect free, but for IPS there is no light bleeding free only minimized to lowest light bleeding. Try reading the user feedback at their website.
