Dear Maxis,

U guys advertised that Maxis One Plan, with Unlimited Calls and SMS.
But i just got suspended for over limit of SMS.
If there's a limit please show it upfront.

We would suggest that you read our T & C on MaxisONE plan:

"
c. standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/ or non-personal usage;

d. non multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling (unless you are subscribed to the conference calling service with Maxis), re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage."

Pretty sure bulk SMS is not covered under FUP

100~200 per day consider as misused?

PPOV, can't really think of any need as individual usage that i will need to blast >100 SMS a day
Unless due to reason i was organizing a social event and need to blast to a group which not using any messaging app at all... or for regulatory compliance (sometimes if got org/corp initiate continuity plan, SMS is the recognised mode of contact)...

other than that...don't feel it needs so much...

that is what they are advertising so call "unlimited call & sms"
if that's the case, it's goodbye then
i'll rather pay for it...
getting barred during work, it much worst than paying more...

btw, many telco is way cheaper now...

If you’re maxis corporate plan then should be fine, register personal line consider misuse

go for maxis business plan if u really need send a lot sms.
