I tried to top GrabPay credits using my credit card, but when i entered any top up value above 0rm it will say " Total GrabPay Credits balance cannot exceed MYR 0, including existing balance, top up and bonus." I tried to google that line with quotes and without, removed the stuff after "exceed" but still no results that could show what the problem is and how to fix it. Any help and suggestion is much appreciated, Thank you!
