I preparing to have a baby, then I started go for women check up. Because i usually irregular period cycle.

First visit, found so call 1cm cyst at "Myometrium" area. Dr advise me not to worry, won't cause period irregular and pregnancy issue. On the day, my period suddenly visit me too (late for 2 mth), therefore Dr cant help to scan about my egg.

Second visit, been 1 mth after my second period (this time on time, but less and brownish). Follow up on the 1cm cyst and also scan about my ovary. Accidentally found 3 big CYST about 4.5cm, should be this big. So this time Dr advise me, 1 week after ovulation back for blood test on my CA125 & Progesterone.

Surprisingly, my CA125 is ok. But progesterone level damn high. Dr said either hormone imbalance or pregnant will get this high level. Therefore i have to wait 2 weeks to test UPT or wait for next period come.

Unfortunately, my period come after 2 weeks ovulation date (this month also on time + more). Period day 2, Dr want to test progesterone again and infertility profile (include TSH, LH, FSH, Estradiol & prolactin) but since the clinic closed on my period day 2, i went to normal clinic do the test required by specialist. But they miss out the request on progesterone test.
My result, all normal except Prolactin level high, and Dr said if level too high will cause no ovulation - mean hard to get pregnant.
So she help me to scan ovary again, this time... She found so call 3 big CYST no more, but alot small egg not mature. Now she told me have to check PCOS. This is the symptom of PCOS.

Anyone have PCOS? advise me what should i need to do?
