#1. Accounts Details section/portal
#2. Then click into any of your account
#3. [Standing Instruction] option will appear at the left-side menu bar

Hope above helps.

Meanwhile I have another question with regards to Maybank2u eSI (Standing Instruction) setup.

I would like to setup the eSI for Maybank Car Hire Purchase Loan, however in the option listing of the Maybank Payment, Maybank Car Hire Purchase Loan is not in the listing (there are Maybank Maxi Home Loan; Maybank Personal Loan; Maybank Term Loan only).

Anyone here ever setup eSI in M2U for Maybank Car Hire Purchase Loan?

Thank you very much for your kind advice in advance.

Thanks for the help but your instruction is for the old version. The layout for the new version is different and at this time does not have standing instruction.

Hello mate, hope all is well.
Yes understand your point, the new interface is not showing the Standing Instruction in the menu listing, however, we can switch back to the old (PC Version) in order to access the eSI Section. smile.gif

In the homepage, before you log in, there is a icon that looks like a [back button], once clicked, you will have the old interface.

Hope above helps.

new interface doesn't have the FULL features as the old M2U

But you can still do it..

Step 1: Click on your PROFILE icon

Actually, the UI is VERY misleading. I called up the helpdesk & this's the way:
1. Proceed to Transfer (do a normal fund transfer)
2. To set a recurring transfer YOU CAN"T USE INSTANT TRANSFER. Instead you MUST CHOOSE INTERBANK GIRO as your transfer mode.
3. The rest is pretty obvious. Check the "Set Recurring"

Among all other online banking website. Maybank2u is the worst ... confused UX, unfriendly UI.
