they are not scam.
but lousy and rude seller or salesman.

they take their own sweet time to send out the time
be wary also for change of specs/colour after you paid for item
and that is after 3 days of payment.
before this ask them if can use postlaju they say yes and agree
but later send out with other courier really wth.

their price is among the cheapest and my guess they are really doing well perhaps even the owner now is a so rich already. somepeople when they are rich other people looks so small. early days all good review/friendly etc.
