Bought a case from them, went to pickup & pay the remaining balance... had to FIGHT for their attention cuz too busy playing games IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER. He literally ran to to unlock the door ONLY, then rush back to his game instead of asking how they may help the customer who just WALKED into the establishment.

Had to open the door MYSELF while carrying the case (it was a full tower), cuz the moment they handed the receipt, BACK TO GAMING instead of assisting cuz clearly I got my hands full.

Classic case of failed customer service in Malaysia.

Sellers knows lazada platform had "retarded issues", but continue to use the platform.

OK. Further cement the fact they have absolutely zero respect, consideration, or care towards their patron.

So its everyone's fault but their own.
