hi all, i am on my third month plus ever since i delivered on end of March. Recently, i realized i have severe hair loss which i believe is cause by post natal. Im very depressed on my hair loss as it keeps on dropping a lot, despite i have change to a milder and natural shampoos and has been applying hair growth tonic all the while. Im worry very soon i will get bald.. I wanted to seek for advise from doctor regarding on my situation. Is any parents here know how to treat postpartum hair loss? Does those hair centre, such as yun nam, hair care 101, johnsson protein etc. helps? Is there any 'hair / scalp' specialist around PJ area which is good that you can recommend? Really seeking for help here T_T im so sad and depressed Thanks. This post has been edited by cutiecindy: Jul 9 2018, 01:30 AM

QUOTE(krayzie @ Jul 9 2018, 08:54 AM) Hair loss after birth is due to hormone change during and after pregnancy. Usually should recover in 12-24 months. It can also be caused by nutrition deficiency, i.e. zinc, iron, niacin, essential fatty acids, selenium, and vitamin D My sister took bird nest + some supplement and see reduction is her hair fall. Of course watching her diet covering all nutrients still more important. Oh no...12-24 months I think I will be bald at that time Can I know what supplements is ur sister taking?

QUOTE(NightHeart @ Jul 9 2018, 01:25 PM) Lack of nutrients, hormone imbalance or poor blood circulation at your scalp. These could be among the factors. Try consuming pomegranate or maca to help your hormone issues. Then you can try black castor oil to improve your scalp's blood circulation. Its nutrients may be helpful too. You can read more about those from Google first. Ohhh Okok I read that up first thx for ur info ya
