Getting all the parts from C-Zone.
Build 1 (1080p): Rm 810 - CPU R5 1600 Rm 369 - Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 Rm 340 - RAM Kingston DDR4 2666 1x8gb Rm 1199 - GPU Galax 1060 6gb EXOC Rm 210 - SSD Kingston A400 240gb Rm 158 - HDD Seagate Barracuda 1tb Rm 299 - PSU Super Flower Leadex Silver 550W Rm 109 - Segotep K6 casing Rm 337 - 21.5" LG 22MP48HQ IPS monitor Subtotal 1 - Rm 3831
Build 2 (768p, for my son): Rm 697 - CPU R5 1400 Rm 329 - Gigabyte AB350M DS2 Rm 340 - RAM Kingston DDR4 2666 1x8gb Rm 590 - GPU Power Color RX 560 4gb Red Dragon Rm 135 - SSD Kingston A400 120gb Rm 158 - HDD Seagate Barracuda 1tb Rm 299 - PSU Super Flower Leadex Silver 550W Rm 109 - Segotep K6 casing Subtotal 2 - Rm 2657
Total - Rm 6488
You guys have better suggestions? Or can I just be done with it and go get all the parts now? I was thinking of those 2nd generation Ryzen, but it seems like a hassle to me to update the bios for those boards.
For build 2, we're using a 768p tv.
Thanks in advance.

I'd probaby replaces the sata ssd with nvme. Much faster and less cables Other than that should be excellent The r5 is a beast and I think even 1080ti would not bottleneck it

Use Dual-channel mode (2 pieces of RAM) to get a RAM access speed boost. And I would suggest you to use at least 750W PSU with such GPU and system configurations for system stability.

QUOTE(Kristal.S @ Jul 8 2018, 03:57 PM) Everything looks good but I'd recommend to go for Samsung SSD instead for its reliability. Yeah I'm getting Samsung 860 EVO 250gb for both builds. Thank you all for your feedbacks.

Use dual channel mode for your RAM.
2x4GB > 1x8GB for Ryzen sytems.

Thank you everyone! Build was completed 3 days ago. I've decided only getting one build and gonna go all out for the second pc once Cyberpunk 2077 is released.. Here's the spec: Ryzen 5 2600 (R5 1600 out of stock. After seeing my reluctance.. the guy said "Aiyaa we can update the bios for you la")Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 (I'm seeing people complaining online of Gigabyte recent F23d update. Mine is F22, so far nothing bad.. though I haven't done any OC yet. Maybe I should've get Asus Prime instead)KVR DDR4 2666 2x4gb Galax 1060 6gb EXOC (walau eh! after gaming for so long on a 775 board/E5700/HD 6670.. I'm cryin man, my 2nd playthrough with Witcher 3 now is like.. )Samsung EVO 860 250gb (speedy gonzalez!)Seagate Barracuda 1tb Super Flower Leadex II Gold 650W (was aiming for Leadex Silver 550W, but out of stock.)Segotep K6 casing (only one HDD bay, I think. But my son, the look on his face.. His whole life, he only ever knew this potato pc we had. Macam spaceship la dad, banyak lampu! And Ryan the C-Zone guy I'm dealing with, *maybe* he said something along the line of "itu pc boleh buang sana laut mah". Funny la this guy, but no Ryan.. I'm gonna preserve that old warrior and see how far the thing can go. Hey I finished Witcher 3 on that potato you know.. haha)LG 22MK430 1080p Logitech F310 So that's it. And I'm still drooling on what I'm seeing on screen. But my initial concern was the temperature. So guys, one more question. What I did was get rid of the curve in bios for cpu fan speed setting and go all straight 100. Same with gpu fan, with MSI Afterburner straight 100.. Is this a good thing to do? Ps/ Ryan also a k/tard! Very friendly. But I think I may have pissed him off when I said I'm gonna install a pirated Windows 10 LTSB. Sorry Ryan.. Well, 2600 is more efficient and slightly faster. Only with slight increase with the price too. HD 6670 to GTX 1060 6GB is massive step up. Of course you see a lot of difference. Even with ultra settings too.

QUOTE(nazzleigh04 @ Jul 16 2018, 10:04 PM) Discounted price - Rm 4275 Not bad, considering how much money you've saved along the way too. But 22in monitor is on the smaller side if you ask me. I'd go at least 24in. Enjoy your new system! https://www.pcgamer.com/new-games-2018/
