 Maxis fibre voip softphone, No longer working

Hey forumers, anyone here using voip softphone through android or ios phone on maxis fibre?
I have been using it a few months without problem. But lately it hasnt work at all. Anyone here facing the same thing?
Btw, the dect phone is working fine though.

Thanx for the info bro. Maybe u can try vlan 822 on your physical sip phone bro? Im assuming u have a managed switch setup. Its a bummer we no longer can use softphone though. =(

i tested with their default router (ma131) and it works through there. so my "non elegant" solution is to tag both 621 and 822 through managed switch to the ma131 just to get the voip running. in case you are wondering, yes both ma131 and my main router can establish pppoe over blan 621 simultaneously, and both will able to access the internet. but both will be limited to your subbed speed combined. and ofcourse the voip will work but only through normal rj-11 connected phone to the ma131. so no fancy rj45 sip phone for us. =(
