The prob with tealive was the owner rebrand his outlets overnight while fighting for chatime brand... He should just close all his outlets for 1-2 months "rent" the outlets to shell company and start business again

however, without Loob Chatime is no one..... u hardly see any chatime outlets in taiwan and they are such a small bubble tea company out of hundred there..... i been there so many times and to be honest....i think i only see 1-2 times only....

if court ordered tealive to shutdown.... Loob just sell the brand to a shell company and let his wife become sole owner..... loob knows all the ingredients suppliers and recipes hence like it or not.... this fella is here to stay....

la kaffa may public listed but the brand "chatime" is not popular and i only believe facts that i hardly see that in taipei and tai chung... public listed doesnt mean big and popular

still it doesn't justify that loob can alter its ingredients without knowledges of consumers and chatime, to cut down cost.

its like mcd changed its burger patty to ramly patty without informing us.

i didnt say he was correct on that part... but the owner should know this will come sooner or later.... this is business..
