i bet maxis will not rush into this as tm themselves upgrading slowly till end of this year. even tm website down yesterday

maxis is riding on tm infrastructure, if no unifi in your area, logically no for maxis as well, unlike the unifi lite, I read somewhere saying that it isn't fibre but standard copper cabling

hhmm..i guess that kind of right too...but very limited area. If your area originaly was covered by maxis landline like back in the 90s where i know such area like pantai dalam, then yes. Even Nilai I know several areas still not trasnffered to TM while most areas i beleive already under TM

u need to buy some hotlink card to try. Otherwise ask those around you who are using maxis for their input

A friend of mine has been using maxis go wifi (some old package). He is pretty happy with it cause can use at his home in Shah alam, then can use at his hometown in kuantan

currently I don't think you will get the new speed straight away. I read somewhere this will be happening in stages until end of this year. Why the rush and pay termination fee? even unifi website not updated with new speed yet.
