The high power usage of graphic cards it's because we are moving into an era where more and more detail in 3d graphics that demands high calculations, high resources, high consumption.... it all boils down to 1 thing, consumer like it, hence it's getting to be like this and it'll get worst.

with laptops going more energy saving, its sad to see that desktop pc still eating more power than before.

more power will be for all the hi-end hardware...which give more excelent performance...now we can see that psu with 1k watts now

wow...how can this happen???Hm..me personally still can't afford to get even the cheapest true power PSU..just depend on my stock FSP psu which came with my acer aspire rig to power my previous 6600GT..hahah..cant supply enough and have to use secondary PSU..but chapalang PSU..hai..need to upgrade to better PSU it want to upgrade the GC then..wonder when can i upgrade if it stays like this.. .. cry.gif

i don't think that would be used for normal pc..

too goddamn weak..

but seriously, get a good psu. There's a big difference between a good and a chapalang psu...

Weak? depends on usage, not all people use their Rig for hard core gaming or doing video editing. Most people just use it for surfing, work, study, light casual gaming which even a Pentium 3 800Mhz can do them good smile.gif

Well my PC always not fully utilized by me (except for folding tongue.gif) Thats why I still don't upgrade my GFX wink.gif
