Bad experience with Freight Mark, Horrible service

Having hard time for pass few days tracking the item from West Malaysia to east kuching.
Takes about a week to receive from kl, what a joke. They accidentally sent my parcel to Miri . The manager promise will deliver to me before 5pm tomorrow finger cross. Anyone having similar issue ? |

Poslaju... post from kuala pilah to gemas...
1st day kuala pilah 2nd day klia 3rd day kuching. Sarawak Then hari raya. A week after raya reach klia Then the next day reach gemas... lol |
