The title pretty much explains everything, I am staying near setiawalk and I am looking for a pay per entry.
I usually workout in the evening after work around 2 to 3 times a weeks and need to travel occasionally.
So I do not think it is worth it to take the monthly plan.

Preferably RM 10 or less per entry and not too far with cheap and easy parking.

Usually do simple weights and weighted calisthenic.

Hola fitness in Bandar Puteri - RM 10/ entry. Buy 8 free 4 for happy hour. Normal hour buy 9 free 3. Evening is normal hour.

Another one that I know of is near The Wharf. It is at the row behind Bizz Hotel. I forgot the name. The gym is above some furniture shop. RM 5/ entry.

Another one on the way to Kinrara from Puchong. Gym is on your left. Opposite of the road there is another one. I have never been to both so I have very less info.

Im working out the gym behind the wharf. Its moving to besides Bizz Hotel. RM5 per entry.

Other than that, there is another gym in front of the wharf, above mamak stall and 99 speedmart.

Around Batu 14 got one, above mamak also. But kinda cramp because of the space. RM10 if Im not mistaken. Last time working out there around 6.

Got another one infront of Tesco puchong, but the equipment damn old and berkarat already.

Can drop by real fitness. It’s just beside ioi mall, above hyundai showroom. There’s walk in as low as rm8

There is one in bandar kinrara BK 5. On top of old town kopitiam. Rm8 per entry
