1. Install razerpay
2. Sign up and get rm10
3. Buy steam wallet
4. Enter pin to credit into steam wallet
5. Repeat on other phone/number

Update - razer revised the bonus credit

Bonus Credits Usage
As part of its launch promotion from 4 Jul to 30 Sep 2018, new sign-ups for Razer Pay™ will receive RM10 as Bonus Credits (terms and conditions apply).

Over the past day, we detected suspicious activity which threatened the intended purpose and integrity of the Bonus Credits. In the interests of our users, we had no alternative but to disable the spending of Bonus Credits on in-app purchases (eg. Mobile reloads, PINs for services) from 5 July 2018. Please be assured you can still spend Bonus Credits on in-store purchases (eg. Coffee for Starbucks or over the counter purchases at 7-Eleven).

You can enjoy in-app purchases when you add funds to your Razer Pay™ e-wallet via mobile banking or top-up PINs purchased from any 7-Eleven stores.
