Anybody knows why I'm getting error everytime trying to redeem steam or MOL? Keep saying "Something went wrong".

Yes, I did read your post.

MOL account successfully registered and verified. That's not the issue.

The issue is that when I go to Razer app, select 1000 mol points then click pay now, will always encounter "Something went wrong" error. Same error when trying to redeem RM 5 Steam Walllet.

Step 2. The only message that pop up is that I have insufficient MOL points. There's no prompt asking for email.

Nevermind. Figured it out.

Step 1: Register an account in MOL with an email.

Step 2: Register RAZER account with phone number (different every time to get that RM 10 reward)

Step 3: In Razer app select zGold-MOL points RELOAD (NOT zGold-MOL points).

Step 4: It will first ask you to fill up the email that you used when registering MOL account. Must match. The select top up amount 1000 point.

Step 5: The points will be sent directly to MOL account.. Go to MOL.com to redeem steam wallet.

You can't use the RM 10 Bonus Credit to buy other topup credit anymore. Only for in shop purchases, eg at Starbucks or 7Eleven.
