I have some question to ask.
I currently running a business. Usually i will do cod by myself. But the other day, I have no time for cod and need to send out the item to my customer. The item is at sg buloh. I called a runner to pick up my item at sg buloh, but the runner is from rawang. So the runner all the way from rawang pick up the item at sg buloh and send out to bangi. The trip costs me about RM155. So my question is the distance worth the price? And how much it actually cost?

You did not mention your runner use Grab or taxi. If you are asking about Grab's pricing, you can install the app and check the pricing from Rawang to sg buluh stopover, then Bangi

considering the runner is from Rawang and had to make a trip to Sg Buloh, i wouldve just gotten a Grab that's based in Sg Buloh itself.. that's RM75-100 depends on the traffic

I think depend on your Grab status..if you use more, you get cheaper rate. Also depend on time..and the availability of drivers during that time. High demand means higher price. Its always better to have alternative travel friends..

Ask customer wait until you are free, problem solved.
Give 5% discount for customer is more good than give it to runner.

that actually the right amount... you have to consider the runner need to include the cost from bangi back to rawang after sending your item

how big and heavy is your item first? all courier / runner take into consideration the size and weight of the package.

Grab does not allow parcel delivery in their service, any illegal things inside parcel they will not held liability for it, AFAIK some driver might not accept your request and your account might suspended due to violation of Grab rules.
