Thank you for raising this question. Our Mpay 3 in 1 starter pack is consisting a Malaysia sim card, a Mastercard prepaid and e-wallet application available for both android and apple ios.

As comparing to Bigpay, with respect, our advantages are as below:

1. Our Mpay Mastercard Prepaid ATM cash withdrawal in Malaysia is RM1.00/ transaction;
2. overseas Mastercard supported ATM cash withdrawal RM 10/transaction and merchant spending have no additional charges and both foreign exchange rate is base on Mastercard's daily exchange rate;
3. There will be no inactive fee should you are not using the card;
4. Our in apps features is not only limited to Mpay to Mpay payment, but inside the apps itself, able to direct link with respective local bank to top up the wallet, reload top up, bill payment etc;
5. If you do not have a Mpay account and wishes to make cash payment into someone's Mpay wallet, just to go PBB Cash Deposit Machine and bank in cash (personal experience is the balance is available in 24hours);
6. the balance inside the e wallet is super flexible where you can at any time transfer the e-money back to your own account;

The pack does consist a sim card with RM6 in it. Considering that there is no annual fee or commitment fee, lower withdrawal rate and many other ongoing conveniences and perks, the money is worth that much.

Thank you for your input and price are always negotiable depends on the volume and given consideration that there will be no charges when you spend overseas (unless withdrawing money at ATM which cost RM10 per withdrawal). Some cards charge customers based on their transaction's percentage, for example: every rm10,000 spent in overseas, 1% charges would cost rm100 already, which in our case we do not.

In regards to the licensing issue, Mpay 3-in-1 pack is a product by Managepay system bhd (Mpay) and/or its subsidiary and manage pay services sdn bhd is the subsidiary of the bhd, you may visit bnm ( http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?ch=ps&pg=ps_regulatees ) to confirm Managepay services is duly licensed emoney issuer.
