Don't think naughty ya, all I want is the reciprocal love and loyalty doh.gif

I usually do not let my other half pay for anything. I am the man of the family which means whatever we do, we do it together and I will pay.
For our travel trips, I will also pay unless my other half has a little extra cash and is insisting, then I would give in.
Again, why do you need to live such a boring retirement life? Retirement is supposed to be enjoyed without any worry.
Go travel with friends every 3-4 months, do some small-scale business that isn't time consuming to keep your brain moving (remember to do not for the money), write blogs of your post-retirement and give advice to readers how you achieve it and what you are getting out of retirement, play some sports or go hiking once every fortnight with friends, go out and meet like-minded community who may need some encouragement from you, and the most important one is to go explore for good eats (if you are into food).
There are so many things I would love to spend my time on when I am retired that I can't even wait to be retired.

Yes, i travel alot with my wife eventho she is currently working. I do have business but it doesnt consume much of my time (very very less). I have a farm which i plant durian trees, but its taken care by my worker, i come once in a while if i feel like it or if i need some exercise. At my age, most of my friends are busy working. Writing regarding my retirement...i have an ig and fb but not much in it.

Hey...at least i have u guys in this forum that i can chat with ya... 😀

This morning feels like going watch a movie, any recommendation?

I'm wondering why is your wife still working? Dont you have enough to cover household expenses, or she just feels like working?

Expenses are well covered. She is working becoz she wants to, btw her position pays really good. Plus our combined income can accomodate our travel; and i dont mind a little bit of lavish ya.. 😉. Yes we also do spend on travel for both our parents yearly.

I am relax and enjoying every little bit of my life...😀

What i mean by boring is u are doing it own your own because your friends are still working.

Now at klcc gonna watch hellboy! Shazam starts later, maybe next time...

Perhaps with a durian plantation in hand, it's much more easier to retire?

Not really, its more of a hobby. Durians u need to wait for 7-8 years for it to give income. Mine is only about 5 years. Now bleeding money 💸
