Short answer is no. Cannot use.

Long answer, in a condo / apartment scenario these days, the dish is routed through a splitter network that will cause trouble setting up the box. Some, like my place, even use fiber networks that need additional hw to recode the signal back to what the decoders recognize. Even if you could repoint the dish, that network is gonna kill the signals you're supposed to receive.

Sell the box, get unifi / maxis / time fiber net and a droidbox instead.
