I have forgotten my password and i am already made a request to reset my password, however, the request doesn't send to my email account.

I wish the admin can help me to solve this matter.

sorry, but the system works in such a way where we don't know your password either!

The email is sent to your registered email box (it could be in your spam folder). You will need to use the link there to create a new password. If that doesn't work, then send an email to support[at]lowyat.net from your email account you used to register the account and we will do a manual reset.
