QUOTE(Fat & Fluffy @ Mar 29 2019, 02:50 PM) if the mig-29 is beyond saving, dispose it fast.. get the su-30 up and running fast too... the rest is bonus I thought the reason why RMAF didnt just get more Flankers was because they couldnt install french avionics due to Russian embargo?Got alternative ka? -local assembly -Indian source? How much similarities in parts between Pure ruskie and MKM ? |

QUOTE(MilitaryMadness @ Apr 19 2019, 08:10 AM) No stack tho, the LMS will be like Kedah-class, exhaust will be on the side, hence the black paintjob near the stern. it's ok.....my personal rear end also gelap punya On a related note, now the majority of TLDM ships will have side-exhaust systems (Kedah-class, Laksamana-class, KD Mahawangsa, Perdana-class FAC and now Keris-class). Perhaps now TLDM trademark can be the black stern hull paintjob. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Honestly, would the US really risk cutting 100 plane orders off from Turkey?
Considering the unit and developmental cost of the type? Russians not selling S400 like small fries only compares to entire F35 packagage |

QUOTE(KLthinker91 @ May 25 2019, 07:28 AM) Yes they would, since Turkey is not playing ball with US/NATO in many, many ways would the Red team be able to do the same if the US decides to fly any of their stealth assets close enough to the red borders ?and US will kill themselves before letting Turkey blast an F-35 with a S-400 radar and find out exactly how good its RCS is, then sell the info to Russia and China Turkey is the one who will suffer since a lot of their defence industry relies on US and EU Meanwhile Japan already will order about 100 more F-35s so the overall buy is not affected |

QUOTE(Pitiuran @ Jun 22 2019, 09:14 AM) One campaign against Gaddafi doesn't make it a good warplane you dont know that the Sukhois all run on French avionics and the Navy's top of the line equipment are all french, right? Libya air defences were already removed by USA if want a battle tested proven warplane, would be F-15 but that's quite old already. ANyways should boycott france Want Typhoon, because Britain will brexit soon Gripen also ok because Sweden not involve in boycott, yes ? |

QUOTE(MilitaryMadness @ Jun 27 2019, 09:24 AM) RAF Red Arrows' North American tour promotional tweet blunders as image of Russian fighter plane is used instead Ruskie stronk ![]() Government officials have made an 'embarrassing blunder' by using an image of a Russian fighter jet on a poster promoting the RAF's famous Red Arrows. The Department for International Trade has been building excitement about the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team's upcoming visit to the US on Twitter. But in a post detailing how the BAE Hawk T1 jets can fly at 48,000ft, the department used an outline of a Russian Sukhoi Su-30/33 fighter. Several military aviation experts were quick to point the mistake out and the DIT later deleted the tweet. Between August to October the Red Arrows will be performing in shows and events across 18 cities in the US and Canada. |
