This one, you can watch it not only on smartphone but also on laptop and desktop.
1mbps speed is good enough already for Standard Definition TV.
It has most of China regional TV stations (every province TV stations).

Yes, very clear.
Some channels are in Standard Definition (480p), internet speed must be at least 1.2 mbps.
Some channels are in High Definition (720p), internet speed must be at least 2 mbps.
