Anyone have information on this development as it's been delayed for so many years and finally hand over end of last year. Suppose to have the office block as well but look empty. Worth to buy for RM 900/sqf?

Still sold at a high price in lelong. People fight for this unit. almost 100k increment via bidding.
So near cemetry? Dull facade? Is not an issue.
Location wins!

Well some unit facing cemetry while others facing either rennaisance hotel or fraser suite...
the one i am looking at is the one facing their office block..meaning facing renaissance hotel..

went to 8th floor facing the cemetery..it's a huge cemetery!!!!
did not realise this till I see it with my own eyes!!
actually it is ok one if you are not pantang la...just look straight and not down..

also most of the unit don't have much view la since surrounding is all poppping up like mushroom hahaha..
remember next to the pakistan embassy..there is empty land also..god know what they are going to build there
and yes no parking for visitor..
any news about the next commercial building?? are they selling or renting it out?

Above unit sold actually. Not sure how much.
Anyway got 2 more units in the market.
1 unit is at 160k below bank valuation. Maybe need to drop 1 more round to below 800k?

2% amount is still way cheaper compare if you are required to go through double transfer process.
Strata title already issued. So those already done perfection no problem even if the developer bankrupt. But those yet to do may face problem in the future.

Good luck to the bidder- If he use a bank loan then he will have problem getting the land transfer if the property developer is winding up.

More difficult to buy sell now unless the unit already done title perfection.
