wah the developer really makan duit lo..why need to pay the developer since they already handover the property? is it because the title still under their name?
also heard that the developer is winding up..so what will happen after this?

it's RM 0.28 psf for maintenance and RM 0.03 psf sinking fund

2% amount is still way cheaper compare if you are required to go through double transfer process.
Strata title already issued. So those already done perfection no problem even if the developer bankrupt. But those yet to do may face problem in the future.

I am new to this condo. But attracted by the entry price. Any idea why need to pay developer 2% after buying from CIMB? I thought CIMB suppose to pay all outstanding bill and 2%. Anyone can share their opinion? Tq for your advance help.

Good luck to the bidder- If he use a bank loan then he will have problem getting the land transfer if the property developer is winding up.

Yes developer bankrupt.
More difficult to buy sell now unless the unit already done title perfection.


Anyway, lelong unit check in at below 600k.
