Hello there! Any recommendation on the brand for a bra? I'm currently in my 20s and I'm in a mission of searching for a good and supportive bra for the sake of my breast health. Would love to get some opinions on wearing experience from others before pay visit to the lingerie stores

I always go for Sloggi.. Their design is simple and the fabric is very nice.

Go for Neubodi for good support bras.
As La senza is more of fashion bras. Go to a neubodi shop and a consultant will guide you through. (They aint cheap but worth it for long term. Can buy during sale as well ) |

XFHL/Xing Fu Hu Li/Happy Fox bras are the best bra i ever wear. I already wore so many bra brands since 12 till now 33 and i found this brand bra have a lot features, good materials and super comfortable. nice price too. rm120-140. i throw away all lasenza and other bra brands. pls add wechat id hanwah85 for purchase. now promotion buy 1 get 1 free.

Im in my early 30’s, wearing Triumph because it is comfortable but not cheap unless u got it during warehouse sales.
