They mark up the selling price of ingots and essences and also some regular used weapons.

Sweat price is no longer fix and the price once dropped and looses its value.

Also, you have to invest more than ever just to make your progress run smoothly.

I did some research on land price. From what I survey, any land price worth below L$9 per square feet is a good deal.

ie: 512 square feet land is sell at L$4500, then you got a good deal. Why? Because the price per square feet is L$8.78 (4500/512).

It's hard to find but there's still some around . My 2 cent
