Hello, with this system is it possible to attach it to an existing tap (under the sink) so that I can drink filtered water straight from the tap? This is for a condo in PJ.

Also, how long before I need to replace the parts? Just wanna be sure of the maintenance costs on average per year, and what needs to be changed.
