Basic to start with is Body Mass Index or BMI
where you can use your height and weight to determine your health.

BMI = (Weight in Kilograms / (Height in Meters x Height in Meters) )

I’m aware of that. Just that it’s not as accurate when your body fat percentage is low and muscle mass is high. You will seem overweight when you’re not if just reading BMI.

I see what you mean.
While waiting for inputs.

Why do you want to get a body fat analyser?
> Do you want to lose weight?
> Do you want to gain weight?
> Why not just workout more?

I’m already losing weight but I want to grow lean muscle and keep a healthy BMI.

Certain gyms and fitness centers have the inbody body composition analyzer which is quite good for body fat analysis. The gold standard for body fat analysis would be dexa but it is too expensive.
