 Unable to boot to Windows 10

Stuck at windows logo and circle spinning loop
Restart few time got into automatic repair and stuck at diagnosing your pc

Use installation media, load into blue screen, no menu came out

Im totally out of idea, any gurus here?

Try format it, sometime the software crash. Or recovery use disk/usb.

enter safe mode. Once enter, disable the win update and stop the win service update at services then restart. It happened a few times in our office as well. sad.gif

Pull out the hard drive and connect it to another machine, backup your files and then format it. Install a fresh copy of Windows.

I also face the same problem. You can use the USB bootable drive to boot the device properly. You can consult with dell customer service if you face this kind of problem. You can also download the free software from there.
