How did u injure yr wrist? What symptoms ? What doctors say?

i suppose you fell and ur hand broke the fall?
if yes i have a similar problem as you,
went to Chiropractor and TCM treatment for 5 months to recover.

i injured it during activities like viper challenge.
Symptoms: pain in ulna bone / side wrist
treatment: wrist surgery tfcc repair.. but it still pain after one years
