I was wondering whether you have any idea where to get the D18 or F6 bristle brush only? I bought the C17 but the bristle brush is too short to be used effectively. Hoping to get a longer bristle brush.

Note - You can't use other model brush on C17. Example, D18 brush can't attach to C17. Not sure about F6.

Just a little skeptical about how long they can last...

No worry about Dibea durability. My previous model C17 which I use daily is still kicking now. Got it since November last year.

Thanks for the review! What is the minimum height that the brush and stick can reach into?

I don't have exact measurement. But it can reach top corner of the house. I am 173cm.

Is there flexible hose attachement for this? I saw in lazada for parts seems easy to get as it is modular. Quite pricy tho for the parts.

Nope. You need to get original part else it might not fit.

Nope. But you can buy the handler (battery inside) alone.

My D18 charger adapter was missing, since then I used other charger but can only being charged once.
Is it the battery has dead or do I need to buy the original adapter?

Are you sure the charger you use outputs the same power? Not all chargers are the same bro

Hi guys I have a bit of an issue. I regularly clean my D18 roller brush cuz of the hair tangle and I realised that the brush ring keeps wearing out. Does anyone else experience this problem? Dibea Malaysia's only recommendation is to buy a whole new brush, which I think its not great service. I mean it's a small tiny next-to-nothing part but it requires a whole new brush?

So question is, does any of you know what this part is called? Can I get it from a hardware shop? This foam seal o ring thing...

No idea what it calls. Guess that the only solution is go to hardware store and find the replacement with this sample. But don't put so much hope.

I didn't keep up with the newest model from Dibea but my D18 is still serving me well since 2018

I was waiting for 11.11 sales, I wonder which model is the successor of D18.
