I am aiming to purchase a corner lot of undercon double storey house, the show unit shows up with very cheap fence (green colour). Planning to change it once it is done constructed. Any recommendation?

Ask the developer, will the same fence being used in the real house...You can go for anti climb fence (galvanized). It is quite long lasting and provide decent security

I think it should be the same. As it is budget house, thus i guess mine would be the same too. Any pictures of the fence? tongue.gif I wonder if this topic has been brought out to discuss, otherwise please direct me to a correct section. Thanks for reply though.

To me, brickwall fence is the most presentable 1.

You can get some idea here
Costing wise you need to get people to quote you.

i also having same situation like TS. Green fence at the back of house. I'm wondering does this fence replacement need MPSP (Sepang) permission/special letter? Or we can just replace it with height of 180CM?

I know doing grill for windows and door do not need permission/special letter from MPSP, not sure for fence though ...

Just get a general contractor to do it for you.
If i am not mistaken, fence height is up to the house owner. Unless you have DMC with your developer.

This is my fence currently. I thought of having slightly high 10 ft fence and solid non see through wall for privacy.

What other design i can play with? Im still in the phase of looking for ideas.

And absolutely at cost saving amount and if possible reusing whatever current material i have with my fence now.
