11street customer service for buyer service already dead? More than 48 hours not respond to email.

I not notice buyer hotline also disable.

Seem the company really got problem and will shutdown soon?

No wonder recently the voucher code so attractive.

Long time not buy in 11 street but when see got voucher code on 11.11 then straight away buy something. Now issue come out, item damage request support in 11street customer service but seem like no body working in there. More than 50++ hours already, no reply at all.

Holy shit 11street.

Gonna say bye bye to 11 street malaysia.

Shopee also not yet refund my return shipping fee which they promise to do so since March 2019. Rubbish Shopee.

Returned item a few times coz Rosak/ Not working properly.

Just print out a label, package it, stick the label and send to Pos Office. No need to pay 1 single sen. Very fast refund my money.

Yeah that is the average time. 11Street is renamed to Prestomall now, but running in the same manner as before. Payments are not coming in for up to 3 months.
We have already stopped fulfilling orders from them and we immediately go and cancel the order so the customer can get their money refunded.

The problem for us started in early 2018, they owed us almost 60K, literally had to chase them for 4 months to get our money, since then I have never received my money before 3 months. I am not sure how they were not making money, they were charging the highest commission rates compared to every other ecommerce platform in Malaysia.

They are dying a slow and agonising death, the sooner they are dead the better it will be.
