ya but now 11st dont incentivise the buyer to confirm their order upon receipt of product. last time they give points for confirming product and writing comment to build credibility. so buyer dont really want to confirm/leave comment unless they have any issues with the product

Daily deal is by which seller? Maybe can call the seller directly. If product fulfilled/handled by 11s themselves then shouldn't be a problem.

Anyway I think you should be OK, twice I kena this and the status stay put at "Payment Confirmed" until I ask about it. The first time was Sri Computer. I waited one week and then only asked. They cancelled the order and gave "wrong pricing" as the reason. 2nd time is the one I just posted about. 2 days stucked at "Payment Confirmed", I felt something wrong already.

LOL. This seller is definitely mad at 11street. Reason for cancel "pending payment from 11s" rclxms.gif

i just buy mobile top ups from 11street nowadays. immediate, even on weekends/public holidays. i notice Lazada will take some time (few hours) for it to be reloaded after payment made.

We have both bad and good experiences here which is quite normal for any shopping platform. It's just that this particular seller was very straightforward with the reason why they are not going to fulfil my order. That surprised me. But with any story, there're always 2 sides to it.
