shopee didnt refund and keep touring me for fake products their reseller sell online.
i still sending them email since last year!!!

back few months ago, send email to the cs then ask me to pm reseller.
i pm the reseller and only comeback with auto reply and never response to the matter.
resend email to cs then another cs take over and ask the me to check with the distributor Malaysia.
I call them, and they cant verify your source which purchase from shopee cause the reseller is not from shopee (i also dont know what is the reseller relationship in shopee and shopee wouldnt responsible for it).
I resend the email and a few more different cs take over. Story goes on.
