Yeah that is the average time. 11Street is renamed to Prestomall now, but running in the same manner as before. Payments are not coming in for up to 3 months.
We have already stopped fulfilling orders from them and we immediately go and cancel the order so the customer can get their money refunded.

The problem for us started in early 2018, they owed us almost 60K, literally had to chase them for 4 months to get our money, since then I have never received my money before 3 months. I am not sure how they were not making money, they were charging the highest commission rates compared to every other ecommerce platform in Malaysia.

They are dying a slow and agonising death, the sooner they are dead the better it will be.

I have already got the money, it was sent in two tranches of 30K each. But it took them about 4 months and constant chasing after them, all in all 11Street was a very badly run operation.
