My friend is a 11st seller he told me normally the item he sold he will get his payment in 3-4 week . Now his payment got stuck for 2 month's already. Wonder what is happening inside 11st.

already received refund for 12nov cancellation by today, for who need advice how to claim their refund, PM me,  i could guide you the legal way but bare in mind, you still require to wait 14 days upon complaint has been filed to several government department for further investigation

Receive anothers email for fund transaction.. Look like they start giving back settlement fund for seller. I will never sell on this platform anymore.. Very bad.
