11 street company having problem

Hi Lowyat member i need advise.
11street have yet settle my refund from 2017 everytime email they give same copy paste answer. I have also threaten to report to kdnkk but still no positive outcome. Last year 11street email how i want my refund store credit or refund to cc. I choose store crdit to avoid waiting longer but refund no where to be found. What should i do? Can u guys teach how to fire 11street so they take my refund serious. Is there any contact number since the old number is terminated.

Bought a tv in 11street.Seller cancelled my order bcoz of out of delivery area.Even then my cc still being charged.Emailed them they say will refund in cc in 7 to 14 working days(y the fuk tis long).Now my card stuck in 90% usage and 10th of May is the payment due date....now im scared....still no refund...what to do guys?
