QUOTE(asdfoong @ Jun 25 2018, 09:54 PM) Does it means that if the car with tight adjusted rear brake drum will have a better brake pedal feel compare with the non tight adjusted one? Yes definitely pedal becomes higher and feels great. But must proper adjust at drum star click adjuster la not those some mechanics short cut adjust hand brake lever cable. Adjust like in this video , https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=5s&v=JePOTERmApw ,This post has been edited by eddievh: Jun 25 2018, 10:27 PM |

I had myvi 2nd gen never bother steel horse blah
Everything remain stock more than enough as long your hand brakes 3 click are OK more than that rear drum hard to push in or pull out , even after adjust only last for 2 months or less Front Disc rotor wear out I change to Bosch or anything you prefer then remain new stock brake pad other brand for me just same sometimes worse usually I don't bother flood just go through not long start hear squeezing sound then disc rotor start bend , Right now everything remain stock except disc rotor changes 2 year ago no matter how many time I go through the flood even brake too hot and cool suddenly never had squeezing sound or disc rotor uneven Yeah brake feel not as stratified as front and rear disc to other car but C'mon just a myvi don't have to drive 140 km for A to B only keep focus you will be safe this 8 year 6 times kena bang but I never bang any car |

QUOTE(asdfoong @ Jun 25 2018, 10:09 PM) I've been using IMP steel braided hose.. but you can also find brands like super circuit.. Feedback ah.. Previously I'm using AE111 twin pot brake set with the steel braided.. so the brake performance i would say is superb.. |
