Your routine is good because I can see a variety of exercises targeting different parts of your body however the number of reps/sets you have for them proves that they no longer challenge you. There is an optimal range of sets and reps that stimulate muscle growth and most believe it is between 8-12 reps and 3-4 sets. Anything beyond that means you should raise the weights.
