When crime happened. Its not about driver smart or not. Rider hail a car. Knows the driver. Then rider get rob n rape n killed. Police nap the driver n send him to jail for life. What safety or benefit does the rider has? Ya...u rape n kill me, i laugh at you from heaven/hell...

This is true to some extent. Majority of the riders whether anonymous or not, they are not killer or robbers. A planned or impromptu robberies can happned anytime. Example, road bullies, they knowing that their act n action being recorded, some will still whack u with sterling lock or smash your car.
